1、基于SwOT分析的毫州市旅游业发展对策研究摘要毫州市位于安徽省的西北部，被誉为“中华药都”、“天下道源”，历史文化底蕴丰厚，人文旅游资源极其丰富，具有很大的旅游发展潜力。近年来，毫州市旅游业得到了很大的发展，在省内外的知名度也日益提高。但是和省内其他旅游城市，尤其是皖南地区相比，其发展水平还是处于下游水平。而随着旅游业经营逐渐向集团化、网络化和国际化发展，旅游业竞争进一步加剧，毫州市如何在竞争日益加剧的环境中发展成一个旅游经济强市，将面临着严峻的考验及自身存在诸多问题的制约。研究毫州市旅游业发展问题，对促进毫州市旅游业可持续发展有一定的参考价值和实际意义。本文采用实证研究方法，

2、以毫州市为研究对象，运用SwOT分析工具对毫州市旅游业发展的现状以及旅游业发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等方面进行了综合分析。在此基础上，提出了促进毫州市旅游业发展的相应对策：加强旅游资源的开发力度、发挥旅游产业的主动性、设计精品旅游路线、加大对旅游业资金的投入、打造以“酒文化”和“中药文化”为特色的旅游度假场所、塑造土特产产品品牌、拓展宣传方式、创新营销策略、旅游景区之间加强联营、积极拓展境外市场、培养龙头旅游企业、重视旅游人才的培养等。关键词：毫州市；旅游产业；发展对策；SwOTAStudyonTourismDeVelopmentCountermeasureofBozhouB
