1、AbstractSuddencardiacdeath(SCD)issuddenlydeath,whichiscausedbytheheartreason.Itisoneofthediseasesthatdeeplyaffectthehuman’shealth.Theelectrophysiologicalactivityoftheheartcanbedividedintoventriculardepolarizationandrepolarizationprocess.Whentheprocessoftheventricularrepolarizationisnotconsistent,i

2、twillbepronetocausearrhythmia.TheseriousarrhythmiaisthemainfactorthatcanleadtoSCD.Atpresent,theventricularrepolarizationphasehasbecometothehotanddifficultfactorintheclinicalstudiesthatcanresearchtheSCD.Thenewlydiscoveredhighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwaves(HFVRW)arethesixhighfrequencywavest

3、hatexistintheventricularrepolarizationsection.Itspeak-to-peakamplitudeisonlyaboutseveraltodozensofmicrovolts.ThedetectionofHFVRWisbetterthanthemillvoltoftheECGdiagnosis.ItmakesthestudyofprocessoftheventricularrepolarizationinanewlymicrovoltsstageandcanbenefittotheresearchoftheECG.Theportablemonito

4、rcansatisfythecollectionofthehighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwaves.Itadoptslowpowerconsumptionandultralow-powerconsumptionelectroniccomponents,batterypoweredandSDcardtostorage.ThenewdesignedECGamplifierhashighinputindependenceanditsCommonModeRejectionRatio(CMRR)isgreaterthan80dB.Thedesignreq

5、uirementofthesystemsatisfiesthetestconditionofthehighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwaves.The16-bitanalogtodigitalconvertercanconvertthesignalofhighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwavesthatbecollectedbythefront-endamplifier.Then,thesignalcanbeaccuratelystoredintotheSDcardbythecontrolledofthes

6、inglechipmicrocomputer(SCM)andthefilemanagementchipaccurately.Finally,thedatacanbesenttocomputer,thesoftwarecananalyzethehighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwaves.TheclinicaltrialsresultshowsthatthehighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwavescanprovidemoredetailsthanthecommonECG.Itcandiagnoseallk

7、indsofheartdisease.ThemostimportantisthatitcanextractthepatienthashighriskwiththeECG.Thebidirectionalderivativecanresearchthesignalofthehighfrequencyventricularrepolarizationwavesandprovidenotimedelaydetails.Itca
