4、therealestatebubbleeruptedtwoyearsago，itsdamagehasbeenprofoundlyaffectingtherealeconomyofthecountriesallovertheworld，especiallytheoneofthosepoordevelopingcountries．Thereexistedmanyreasonsfortherealestatebubble，suchaslowinterest,blindoptimismoftheinvestors，loanconditio

6、previousresearch,andusesSPSSstatisticalanalysissoftwaretoanalyzethedataofhousingpricesinthestatesofUSAduringthehousingbubbleperiod(2002to2006)andthedatathattheevaluationofhousingpricesdeviatesfromtheactualpricesduringtheperiod．nleresultsobtainedfromanotherperspectivea
