1、摘要目的通过监测外周血中白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板，观察养血生白糖浆对肿瘤化疗后中医辨证为气阴两虚证的白细胞减少症的临床疗效。在临床上通过与常规升白药物利血生的比较来突出养血生白糖浆在治疗和预防性治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效上的优势。方法依据西医诊断标准、中医辨证标准、临床疗效评定标准和《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中的相关标准。将符合标准的住院病人随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组予利血生常规升白治疗；治疗组予养血生白糖浆。治疗l周期后，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后体力变化，以及外周血白细胞、血红蛋白

2、、血小板降低的发生率及发生程度，中医不良反应的发生率，统计分析两组上述指标的差异。结果治疗组与对照组在性别、年龄、治疗前KPS、肿瘤发生部位、肿瘤类型临床分期比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。治疗一周期后，治疗组有效率76．67％，对照组有效率66．67％，两组临床疗效经秩和检验，差异有高度统计学意义(P
