1、摘要杭钢地处长江中下游,属亚热带湿润季风气候,温暖多雨,海洋性气候比较明显,相对湿度较高、含湿量大,而鼓风含湿量对高炉冶炼的影响较大,高炉风机增上脱湿鼓风装置,必将降低焦比、多喷煤、顺行增产、降低鼓风机功耗等方面产生巨大的经济效益。3本文主要对杭钢750m高炉脱湿鼓风首先对高炉脱湿鼓风系统的重要组成部分,即脱湿器、冷水机、冷却塔分别进行了设计计算,对各机组性能进行了分析,并选取了优秀厂家产品,并对其性能做了校核。其次,文在本章中针对杭钢现有的风机特点及其地理位置,进行了分析,并作了总体设计,结合生产实际,对施工过程作了简要安排。关键字脱湿鼓风冷冻机脱湿器冷却塔高炉IIABSTRACT
