1、2004浙江大学硕士学位论文研究对象和方法2003年10月至2004年3月间在浙江大学医学院附属二院心内科住院的107例接受介入诊治的病人(男性71例，女性36例，平均年龄61．03士10．43岁)。其中36例诊断为稳定性心绞痛(SA)，34例诊断为不稳定性心绞痛(uA)，3例诊断为急性心肌梗死(AMI)，合并有心功能不全，高血压、肥厚型心肌病等34例。所有病人Allen试验阴性。结果107例病人均采用右侧桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉造影术，其中103例获得成功，3例桡动脉穿刺失败，1例穿刺成功但导管无法进入冠状动脉，该4例都改穿刺股动脉行冠状

2、动脉造影术。经桡动脉穿刺对32例病人进行了PCI，31例成功，1例穿刺置管成功，但冠状动脉介入治疗未成功。共扩张靶血管44支(左前降支28支，左回旋支5支，右冠状动脉11支)，扩张病变45处。45个支架被植入29例患者的30支冠状动脉中。术后l例发生血肿，1例发生肘动脉分支穿孔。无一例发生右侧桡动脉搏动消失。无一例发生术后需输血或需外科干预。结论经皮穿刺桡动脉行冠状动脉造影和介入治疗是安全可行的。术后穿刺局部血管并发症少，但桡动脉穿刺较困难，需要技术熟练的医师进行操作。关键词：桡动脉；冠状动脉造影；介入治疗；血管并发症22004浙江大学
