1、摘要摘要高速公路项目社会效益后评价是项目后评价的重要组成部分，它是从全社会角度出发，对其影响区域的宏观经济发展、社会进步、自然资源环境、政治稳定以及对外交流等方面的影响和作用进行系统的分析总结和全面科学的评价。本文根据国家相关文件的评价原则和办法，探讨了高速公路项目社会效益后评价的概念、原则、意义，构建了评价指标体系，并对每个单项指标进行了详细分析评价。从社会经济效益和社会综合效益两个方面对其评价方法进行了研究分析。在社会经济效益方面，详细探讨了灰色理论和灰色模型的原理和应用方法。在社会综合效益方面，重点研究分析了层次分析法和模糊综合评价法，最后把两种方法进行了综合分析，得到AHP-模糊综

2、合评价方法。结合渝合高速公路实际情况，在社会经济效益定量分析方面，运用灰色预测模型，利用计算机编程实现对项目的GDP、第一产业、第二产业、第三产业拟合和预测，并进行了精度检验，达到了不错的结果。在社会效益综合分析方面，运用AHP一模糊综合评价法对其进行了研究，最后根据最大隶属度原则，得到该项目的社会效益属于比较好水平。关键词：高速公路项目；社会效益；指标体系；灰色；AHP-模糊综合评价法ABSTRACTThepost-evaluationofthesocialbenefitforhighwayprojectsistheImportantc(，瑚lponentofthePost．projec
