3、thecharacteristicoftrimaranadoptingwaterjet.Theinfluenceoftheresistanceofturbulentmodeionthepredictionf.orthemonohuiiisinvestigated.Theflowdomainandtheresistanceofthetrimaranadoptingwater—jetispredictedfortheselectedturbulentmodelandthemeshmodeisregulargridandunstructuredgrid.Thepressuredistribu
4、tionoftheIeanandthelipofwater-jetisresearchedandcompared.Theflowdomainandthehvdrodynamiccharacteristicbetweenthemainhullandthe2Water-jetthrustersanddifferenttypesofthesternisconsidered.Theflowdomainneartheaxial-flowisalsoincluded.Theflowdomainandresistanceofthetrimaranispredictedfor3sterntypesan
5、ddifferentconfigurationofjet.Ingeneralwater-jethasasignificantinfluenceOntheflowdomainaroundthetrimaranespeciallyaroundthestern.AndtheresistanceisincreasedcomparedtOtheonewithoutWater—ietthrusters.Theinfluenceoftheresistanceisdifferentwiththetypeofthevessel.Theminimumresistanceincreaseisbelow5%a
