1、摘要公路网规划是公路建设中的重要前期工作，是避免公路建设决策和布局随意性、盲目性及重复性的有效手段。针对传统高速公路网规划理论中，每一种规划方法只能较好地解决规划过程中的某些要素等缺陷，提出了都市圈的公路网规划理论与方法，并将其应用于天津市高速公路网布局方案确定之中。本文首先对天津市高速公路发展概况和公路网结构特性进行了简要阐述，探讨了天津市公路网存在的主要问题。然后在回顾发达国家高速公路发展历程，总结其发展经验的基础上对天津市公路交通发展面临的形势进行了分析。根据天津城市布局调整和交通系统服务需求，应用连通度法

2、、综合密度类比法和行驶量分担法对天津市高速公路的合理发展规模进行了重点研究。最后在分析传统高速公路网规划缺陷的基础上，提出了应用都市圈综合规划方法进行高速公路网规划，并将其应用于京津冀都市圈高速公路网规划研究之中，在通道层次划分的基础上，确定出天津市到2020年规划期末的高速公路网布局方案。本文研究结果将为天津市高速公路网规划布局提供重要的参考价值，对于其它区域的高速公路网规划布局也具有较强的应用价值。关键词：高速公路网都市圈理论合理规模规划布局ABSTRACTTobuildafreeway,planningis
