1、江苏大学硕士学位论丈定指标权重集；通过设计医疗服务质量评价评语集，判断患者对医疗服务质量每个因素的隶属度，把同一级别下的所有指标对评语等级的隶属度放到一个矩阵中，构建模糊关系矩阵。最后，将构建出的评价指标体系及模糊综合评判法运用于镇江市A医院，通过对评价结果的分析，帮助该院了解自身的服务质量水平，确定影响服务质量的关键因素，提出优化服务质量的相关措施。本文的研究为评价医疗服务质量提供了一种简单而实用的方法，同时也为医疗机构进一步加强医疗服务质量，努力打造服务品牌，提升医疗机构综合效益提供了科学依据和理论参考。关键词：医疗服务，指标体系，服务质量评价，模糊综合评
