3、taryPersonnelwasdeveloped．Theyhadbeenconstructedwithtwosubscales，eachsubscalewasdividedintotwosubtests．theinitialscalehadfourdimensions．Byrandomclustersampling，1000militarypersonnelwerechosenforthegroupintelligencescaleforMilitaryPersonneltypeAand1200militarypersonnelwerechosenfortypeB．andtheintell

4、ectualdataofabovetwogroupswereutilizedforexploratoryfactoranalysis(EFA)andconfirmatoryfactoranalysis(CFA)respectively，andweemployedSPSS17．0andAmos7．0foritemanalysis，reliabilityandvalidity，confirmatoryfactoranalysis．Results：Exploratoryfactoranalysisforthescalewerefinallyextracted4factorswhichhadexpl
