3、of160.6cm.Allspecimensareprovedtohavenofootmalformation,tumorandbonelesions.①Withcoloredlatex,ammoniaandbariumsulfatemixedperfusionspecimensafterdigitalgastrointestinalmachineX-ray,spiralCTscanningand3Dreconstructionoftalus,peripheralvascularimagingobservation.Andthentheanatomicaldissectionwasperf
4、ormedtoobserveitsadjacentstructures.②DSAisoperatedon10adultvolunteers’anklesDSAandfurtherobservationontheperipheralvascularimagingoftalushasbeenconducted.③Talusareanatomizedtomeasurethelength,width,heightoftalus,thewidthbeforeandafterthetrochleaoftalus,andtheheightoftrochleawithprecisionverniercal
5、ipertoonlytwodecimalplaces.④In21patients’operationcasesoftalarneckfracture,thetreatmentofopenreductionandtwocannulatedscrewfixationareadoptedbasedontheanatomicalresults.Results:①Thebloodsupplyofthetalus:vascularanastomosisisfoundbetweentheanteriortibialartery,posteriortibialarteryandtheperonealart
