4、nersmakeinroadsontheinterestsofconsumersfrequently.Inthiscase,theconsumerssuffermoreriskswhichdon'tbelongtothemoriginallyandtheirrightsandinterestsaredamagedwhichcausemoredisputesandtheprotectionoffinancialconsumersarelackofapparently.Theinsufficientprotectionoffinancialconsumersledtothehugeglobal
5、financialcrisis.Theseriousconsequencetriggeredbythesubprimeandglobalfinancialcrisismakethegovernmentsrealizetheimportanceoftheprotectionoffinancialconsumers.Sothe"financialconsumerprotection"problemhasbecamethemostimportantissueforthenationalregulatoryauthorities.Thefinancialconsumerprotectionmust
