1、摘要近年来，煤炭行业的发展势头一直很好，越来越多的人力和资金投入到了煤矿的建设和生产中。本设计就是在这样的的前提下对河南集团鹤壁六矿进行实地考察和实习后，经过认真而详细的分析，计算后撰写的。本设计的井田面积为11.4万平方千米，年产量120万吨。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定，煤层平均倾斜角度为20°，平均煤厚7.5m，整体地质条件比较简单，在井田范围中部有断层发育，矿井瓦斯和二氧化碳含量相对不高，涌水量也不大。根据实际的地质资料情况主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式和采煤方法进行了初步设计，该矿井设计采用立井两水平的开拓方式，综合机械化放顶煤回采工艺，走向长壁采煤法，用全部跨
2、落法处理采空区。矿井采用对角式通风，井底车场为刀把式环行车场，并对矿井运输、矿井提升、矿井排水和矿井通风等各个生产系统进行设备选型计算。设计时根据现有经济技术条件，尽可能采用先进的开采技术和设备，以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求，完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化，采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验，实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词：立井 采区式 走向长壁放顶煤AbstractInrecentyears,thecoalindustryhasgooddevelopmentmomentum,thenmore
