3、multipleprovidersdiagnosis,multipledevicesexaminationandrevisitintoconsiderationandsetupoutpatientschedulingmodelinprimarycare.Aftermodelverificationandvalidation,3schedulingruleshavebeendesignedinthesimulation,accordingtothereality.Andthroughthesimulationexperiment,optim
4、alproportionandbestappointmentintervalhasbeenfound.Thesimulationresultsareshowedasfollows:(1)Underthedistributionofpatientsarrival(Sunday,MondayandTuesday),thebestschedulingruleasfollow:Patientsdivideintoappointmentsandwalk-insareservedrandomlybyproviders,theappointmentpr
5、oportionis10%andappointmentintervalis35min,andappointmentshavepriority.Underthedistributionofpatientsarrival(arrival(Wednesday,Thursday,FridayandSaturday),thebestschedulingruleasfollow:Patientsdivideintoappointmentsandwalk-insareservedrandomlybyproviders,theappointmentpro
6、portionis10%andappointmentintervalis20min,inthefirsthourofthedayonlywalk-insareserved,andappointmentshavepriority.(2)Patientswithdifferentproportionanddifferentappointmentintervalcanaffectthepatient'swaitingtime,butcan’taffecttheutilizationofdoctoranddevice.Theutilization
