3、sexaminationandrevisitintoconsiderationandsetupoutpatientschedulingmodelinprimarycare.Aftermodelverificationandvalidation,3schedulingruleshavebeendesignedinthesimulation,accordingtothereality.Andthroughthesimulationexperiment,optimalproportionandbestappointmentintervalhasbeenfound
4、.Thesimulationresultsareshowedasfollows:(1)Underthedistributionofpatientsarrival(Sunday,MondayandTuesday),thebestschedulingruleasfollow:Patientsdivideintoappointmentsandwalk-insareservedrandomlybyproviders,theappointmentproportionis10%andappointmentintervalis35min,andappointmentsh
5、avepriority.Underthedistributionofpatientsarrival(arrival(Wednesday,Thursday,FridayandSaturday),thebestschedulingruleasfollow:Patientsdivideintoappointmentsandwalk-insareservedrandomlybyproviders,theappointmentproportionis10%andappointmentintervalis20min,inthefirsthourofthedayonly
6、walk-insareserved,andappointmentshavepriority.(2)Patientswithdifferentproportionanddifferentappointmentintervalcanaffectthepatient'swaitingtime,butcan’taffecttheutilizationofdoctoranddevice.Theutilizationofdoctoranddevicemayhavearelationshipwiththenumberofpatientwhoacceptsphysicia
