1、论文题目：在职教师网络培训中的组织、内容、评价研究学科专业：现代教育技术学位申请人：李祥指导教师：黎加厚教授摘要本文以上海市教师教育技术能力培训、新农村教师专业发展培训远程研修部分、嘉定区教师“菜单式"选修课程培训，在嘉定区的实施为案例，主要通过笔者工作经验的归纳，对在职教师网络培训中的组织、内容和平台、评价进行研究。本研究分为三个部分：第一部分主要是研究网络培训组织中组织者、区县教师培训机构、教师等地位变化和影响。第二部分主要是对网络培训中承担核心的“教"与“学"功能的网络平台和培训内容进行研究。第三部分主要是研究网络培训评价环节中的实践性评价。通过以上

2、研究得出以下结论：在培训组织扁平化过程中，培训组织者对培训过程管理和监督的权限获得增强；区县教师培训机构对培训内容组织权限得到削弱；教师地位通过对培训内容、活动的反馈、评价等到一定提升。对网络培训平台提出建立以教师师训编号为主索引，便于数据共享；提出允许以教师个人为主，对培训中的信息化资源、活动进行编列和保存，扩大培训效益；根据不同的培训目标和内容，选择不同的培训平台。实践性评价是网络培训评价环节中的弱项。通过发挥区县教师培训机构贴近教学一线的优势，将网络培训融入教研活动中，以实现实践性评价。以3G技术、云技术为代表的新技术丰富实践性评价的手段，减低实施成
