2、PreventiontocrimebytakingadvantageofdutyInthedomainofconstructionworkmeanssystematiclypreventiveactivitiesthatlegalpersonofconstructionunit,apartmentandprogramme,whoproposethepreventivecountermeasureinaccordancewithlegalrulesandregulations,whichcanbecarriedoutinw
3、aysofpolitics,economy,education,administration,law,andmeanwhilecaneliminateallkindsofthefactorswhichcaninitiatecrimebytakingadvantagecontinuously.Thegoaloflegalpersonistocontain,reduce,andpreventthecrimebytakingadvantageofdutyinthefieldofconstructionwork,whodirec
4、tagainstthecondition,characteristic,ruleandoriginofcrime.Constructionworkiscomposedofsixlinksaccordingtotheproductionprocess,suchaslandauthorizes,theplan,thetenderofinvitingorsubmitting,theconstruction,thequalitysurveillance,andoverseeing.Thefeaturesofcrimebytaki
