3、r，technologicalprogress，productdiversity，scaleeconomy,internationalcapitalflowandthebusinessenvironmentofotherexternalfactors．Thedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyrevolution，especiallytheemergenceofnetworkeconomy,makesthemarketcompetitiongointothestandardcompetitionstag

4、e．Inthisstage，thetechnicalstandardsbecomemoreandmoreimportantinstrengtheningcompetition，promotingindustrialupgrading，andimprovingthecompetitiveabilityoftheindustry,havingbeenanotherimportantinfluencefactors．Onthebaseofpreviousstudies，somerelevantscholarshavestudiedtheco
