2、dustryfacesanewstrikeonceagain．Infact，fivecountrieshavecarriedoutthe”anti-dumpingandcountervailing”investigationsonChina’SPVindustryfrom2012—2014．Thereforethestudyontheproblemofforeign“anti-dumpingandcountervailing’’measurestowardsChina’Sphotovoltficindustrybearssignificantimportance．Overthe

3、pastdecadeChina’SPVindustryhasexperiencedarapiddevelopmentandshowslargeadvantagesintheintemationalmarket，whichalsothreatstotheUnitedStatesandEuropeancountries．ForChina’SPVindustryisexport—oriented，aseriesoftraderestrictionsfrominternationalmarkethavebroughtgreatimpacts．TheamountofChina’SPVex

4、portsdecreasedsignificantlyby35％in2012，whichledtothewinterperiodforthewholeindustry．RecentlyPVindustryisgraduallypickingupintheexplorationandtransformationduring2013and2014．Stilltheflameof”anti-dumpingandcountervailing”doesnotgoesout，PVindustrystillfacesgreatchallenges．Facingthesituationof”a
