2、ntaltasks,concentratedcasualties,andcomplextaskenvironments.Secondly,thefieldenvironmentiscomparativelysafeandthemedicaltreatmentinstitutionscoulddeployclosetothefront.Thirdly,therearenumeroustypesoftasks,withuncertainsupportobjectsandapproaches.Fourthly,fo
3、rcesengaginginthemedicaltreatmentarefrommultiplesourcesandofdiverseconstitution.ThemajorproblemsinMOOTWmedicalsupportincludethefollowingfour.First,theemergencyresponsetimeandpatternsarenotadaptabletothetaskrequirement.Second,thereisdifficultytomaintainorgan
4、izationandorderinthejointimplementationofmedicalservicebymultipledivisions.Third,theexistingmedicalplansarelessspecificandoperational,withsimpletrainingmethodsandprograms.Fourth,theexistingequipmentisill-adaptedtotheneedofMOOTWmedicalservice.Thenthefollowin
5、gsolutionsareproposedtotackletheaboveproblems.Firstly,emergencyregulationsandpoliciesformedicalsupportshouldbeestablished.Second,anorganizingandcommandingsystemformedicalserviceshouldbesetup.Thirdly,medicalsupportplansshouldbeformulatedandimplemented.Fourth
6、ly,multipleanddiversifiedtrainingprogramsinmedicalsupportshouldbedeveloped.Fifthly,theequipmentsshouldbeimprovedintheapplicability.PartIIModularityPrinciple,definitionsofmodularityofmedicalsupportforcesandorganizationsPreviousstudieshaveillustratedtheprinci
