2、的掌握各项IC卡运维信息，难以作出更好的管理决策等等。本文针对加油卡运维管理过程中存在的上述问题，设计并实现了基于工作流技术的加油IC卡运维管理系统。加油IC卡运维管理系统是按照加油工C卡运维管理流程制作出原型系统，在原型系统的基础上引导用户提出需求，进行需求调研，基于业务流程规范整理加油IC卡运维系统各个模块的业务，进行业务建模。针对加油IC卡运维管理工作的要求，在struts框架下采用MVC三层设计模式结合J2EE技术开发了本系统。本系统自成功研制并投入使用以来，目前已成为加油卡日常运维管理工作的一个强有力工具，规范
