2、eindustryhasthecharacteristicssuchashighgrowth，highvalue-added，highknowledge·inputandhightechnology．Itbecomesthefocusofthecurrentworldeconomicdevelopmentandinternationalcompetition．Modemserviceindustryincludesnewservicesformatcoupledwithtechnologicaldevelopmentandsocialprogress．italsoincl

3、udesthetransformationandupgradeofthetraditionalserviceindustriesthemodemtechnologywiththemodemtechnology．China'sserviceindustryWasdevelopedrapidlyafter90years．ButtheaddedvalueshareofGDPofourserviceindustryhoveredaround40％．Ithasobviousgapwithdevelopedcountries，evenlowerthanlow·incomecountr

4、ies．Thestatusoftheoveralldelayhasnotfundamentallychanged．Ithasn’tmatchedwithoureconomyandsocietywithacomprehensive，coordinatedandsustainabledevelopment．Thisthesisthinksthattheleadingindustryofmodemserviceindustryshouldbeselectedanddeterminedaccordingtothestrategicthinkingofnon-equilibrium

5、andthroughthedevelopmentofleadingindustriestostimulateorpromoteourmodemserviceindustrytopromoteorfacilitatethedevelopmentofnationaleconomysectors．Consolidatedonthebasisofrelevantliteraturetthisthesisisseriouslyconsideredmodemserviceindustrycharacteristicsanddataavailability，aswellasleadin

6、gindustrycharacteristicsandthecompatibilityofresourceconditions，fromthreeanglesofthedemand·supplyandcomparativeadvantages，thatthedevelopmentofpotentialindustrialbase，technologicalprogressbenchmarksandbenchmarkcomparativeadvantageshouldbefollowedbytheleadingindustriesofthemodemservice．Anda
