4、sityofacitivedbrainareaswererecorded.Activedbrainareasintaskstatewereselectedasseednodes.Matlab7.0wasusedtocalculatetheconnectivitycoefficient(Z)andconnectivitydegree.Results:Bilateralsupplementarymotorcortex(SMA),primarymotorcortex(M1),dorsalpremotorcortex(PMd),ventralpremotorcortex(PM
5、v),putamen(Pu),thalamus(1m,cerebellumanteriorlobe(CbAL),cerebellumposteriorlobe(CbPL)weresignificantlyactivatedintaskstate,whichconsistedofamotor-relatedbrainnetwork,andwereselectedasseednodes.FunctionalconnectivityanalysiswagperformedbaSedontheseseednodes.Therewere105couplesoffunctiona
