1、我国商业银行存款产品设计的思考——从契约视角本文选取从契约视角研究我国商业银行存款产品设计问题具有一定的新颖性。论文注重理论与实际相结合，通过典型的例子对中外商业银行存款产品设计问题予以介绍和说明，起到了很好的说明和对比效果。在资料选取上，力求新颖，所举例子基本上都是选择近年来社会反响比较强烈的问题，数据的时效性也较强。然而，受目前我国商业银行存款产品设计在发展现状上的制约，存款产品设计从契约视角研究的文献相对较少，这客观上也加大了本文的写作难度。本文在对利率市场化条件下我国商业银行存款产品设计的契约改

2、进问题上所提出的一些思考，具有一定的可操作性，希望能够为我国商业银行存款产品设计的改进做出一定的贡献。当然，本文在写作过程中，也存在一定的不足之处。从契约视角研究存款产品设计问题的力度仍需要加强，在一些问题的处理上仍需要改进。对存款产品的内涵与外缘的界定仍需进行深入研究。关键词：商业银行存款产品设计契约利率市场化4ABSTRACTThedepositis锄importantfoundationforthecommercialbank'smanagementanddevelopment．Noneofste
