3、ingeconomy.Toachievethismode,establishingchemicalindustrydevelopmentmodebasedoncirculareconomyisofutmostimportanceofthewholesocialeconomy.Itisaveryimportanttaskthathowtochangetheonlywayofterminalpollutioncontrol,tousenaturalresourcesreasonably,tocarryoutwholeprocessco
4、ntrolonindustrialpollution,tokeepChemicalindustrycustomabledevelopmentandtotakeanewwayinindustrialization.Basedonthemeaningandfundamentalprincipleofrecyclingeconomy,thispaperanalyzedthetheoryofcirculareconomyfirstly.Itintroduceditsconceptandtheories,threemodesofpracti
