1、AbstractMulti-channelelectronicbankingservicesisbecomingafocusalongwiththeincreasingcustomers’needs,thewiderapplicationofinformationtechnologyandmoreandmorefiercecompetitionbetweenbanks.E-bankingisagreatinnovationofbankingandalsobecomingthenecessarymeanstobettermeetcustomers’needs,andatthesamet
2、imeenhancetheirowncompetitiveness.Comparedwithforeigncountries,althoughthedevelopmentofChina'sE-bankingisfast,thesystemisnotyetcompleted,thecustomershareisrare,actualutilizationislowandthedevelopinglevelneedsanunified,normativeevaluationsystem.Itstillneedstodevelopandimprove.Thispaperjustconcer
3、nstheevaluationforthedevelopinglevelofe-bankinginChina.Thispaperincludesthefollowingaspects:First,basedonanumberofrelatedliteratureandevaluationindicatorsystems,consideredthee-bankingdevelopmentsituationofdomesticcommercialbanks,thispaperstudiesandanalyzestheimportantfactorswhichinfluencethedev
4、elopinglevelofe-banking，andestablishtheindicatorsystemofthedevelopinglevelofe-bankinginChina.Secondly,thispaperusesAHPtoweighttheindex,andthenthroughestablishinganideale-banking,applyingtheGreyRelationalTheory,theindexweightisusedtocalculatethegreycomprehensivecorrelationinordertocomparethecomp
5、arisone-bankingandtheideale-banking.ThisistheevaluationmodelofthedevelopinglevelofChina’se-banking.Meanwhile,Matlabisuesdtoprogramthecorrelationcoefficient,grayinterconnectionandtheAHPalgorithmforeasycalculationandutilityofmodels.Finally,withinvestigatingdata,theauthorattemptstousetheestablishe
