1、-度阐述了我国银行业的发展现状。紧接着从宏观、中观和微观三个方面论述了影响我国银行业安全的因素及其影响机制。然后,利用主成份分析方法对我国银行的安全状况进行了综合评价，发现在2009-2013五年间我国银行业安状况总体上呈现出好转，但其中依然存在着不安全因素。最后，从政府、银行业协会以及银行自身提出了维护我国银行业安全的政策建议：政府作为银行业的监管主体要转变职能，为银行业提供良好的发展环境，完善市场准入机制和外部监管体系以及加强对外资银行和国外战略投资者的监管；银行业协会作为银行的自律组织，要
2、担负起向会员单位灌输安全意识，督促会员单位遵纪守法以及通过理论研究向监管当局提供政策建议等职责；银行作为维护银行业安全的最基本单位要完善内部治理机制、培育竞争优势和建立人才机制。本文在对我国银行业安全进行评估的过程中增加了银行内部治理的指标和银行业景气指数，使得银行安全评价体系趋于完整和丰富。关键词：银行业安全，影响因素，主成份分析，政策建议II---ABSTRACTAsweallknow,financeisthecoreofmoderneconomy.Asanimportantpartoffi
