3、fbuildingwillincrease.Basedonthis,thispaperstudiesontheoptimizationofbuildinglifecyclecostandcarbonemissionundercarbontaxpolicy.Thispaperfirstlyreviewsandsummariestheresearchprogressathomeandabroadofcarbontaxpolicy,buildinglifecyclecostandbuildinglife-cycleemissions,thisarticleputsforw
4、ardanalyzingandsolvingtheproblemofoptimizationofbuildinglifecyclecostandcarbonemissionundercarbontaxpolicy.Secondly,thispaperconsidersbothenvironmentandeconomicsintegratinglifecycleassessment(LCA)andlifecyclecost(LCC),andthelifecyclestagesofbuildingsinChinashouldbedividedinto4stages,na
5、melyconstructionmaterialproduction,construction,operationandmaintenance,demolitionbasedonlifecycleassessmenttheory,thenthecalculationmodelofcarbonemissionforeachstagewasestablished;Combiningthecarbontaxpolicy,carbonemissionduringthewholelifecycleofbuildingwhichisextremerenvironmentalco
