3、bochargerisoptimizedandimprovedbysimulationandexperiment.Firstly,thekinematicsanddynamicsmodelsofthevalvetrainareestablishedbasedontheapplicationofintakesystemsoftware.Throughkinematicsanddynamicssimulation,itisfoundthatthechangeofaccelerationperunitofcamangleofintakevalveisrelativelylar

4、ge.Duringtheopenandclosureoftheintakevalve,thereisbigchangeinacceleration.Theimpactforceoftheintakevalveduringcloseisrelativelylarge.Itiseasytomaketheintakevalvevibrateandthevalveseatsearlywear.AnewintakeCamprofileisdesignedbythemethodofPOLYDYNEtosolvetheproblemsofthedieselengine.Secondl

5、y,theworkingmodeloftheengineisestablishedbasedonthesoftwareBoostandisvalidatedbytheexperiment.Theoptimizedvalvetimingiscarriedoutbysimulation。Theeffectsofintakevalvelateclosureangle,exhaustvalveadvanceopenangle,valvesoverlapangleonengineperformanceareanalyzed.Thevariationsoffueleconomyan

6、denginepowerperformancewiththechangingofvalvetimingunderdifferentoperationconditionsareanalyzed.Theengine’Sbestvalvetimingisdetermined.Theresultsshowthattheoptimizedcamprofileandvalvetimingcouldreducepumpingloss,increasevolumetricefficiencyandenginepowerunderdifferentoperationconditions.
