3、llyusethelowgradenon—ferrousmetalmineralresourcesforthesustainabledevelopmentofourcountry.Hydrometallurgycaildealwithmiscellaneousandlowgrademineral.andithaslessenvironmentalpollution,SOitiswidelyused.Althoughourcountryisnotbehindothercountriesinhydrometallu

4、rgicalprocesses,thereisabiggapbetweentheautomaticcontroltechnologyinOUrcountryandtheabroad,whichmakesitdifficultforUStousemineralresourceseffectivelywithlowenergyconsumption.Thisthesisaimstosolvesuchaproblemonthebackgroundofonegoldsmeltingfactory.Thepredicti

5、onmodeloftheoverallprocessofhydrometallurgyisestablishedandthenoptimizedbythetwo-orderoscillatingPSOalgorithm.Theoptimizationresultsshowthat,itCaneffectivelyimprovetheproductionefficiency,reducetheproductioncostandobtainthebiggesteconomicbenefits.Themaincont

6、entofthisthesisisasfollowing:(1)Afteranalyzingthetypicalprocessesofhydrometallurgy,suchasleaching,pressfiltrationwashingandreplacement,theirmechanismmodelsarebuiltaccordingtothematerialconservationandreactionkineticequations.Thenthemechanismmodeloftheoverall

7、processofhydrometallurgyisbuiltbasedonthethreemodels.(2)Basedontheresearchofoverallprocess,theoverallprocessoptimizationisstudiedwithconventionaloptimizationmethodfirstly.Theoptimizationmodelwiththegoalofeconomicbenefitwhichisbuiltbasedonthemechanismmodeloft
