3、ssisanimportantprocedureofgoldhydrometallurgy.Thecontrolofcementationproductionprocessisstayinthelevelofoff-lineanalysis,experienceadjustmentsandmanualcontrolnowinChina.Theseresultinlowproductivity,highconsumptionandinstabilityofproductqualityinthevastmajorityofgoldhydrometal

4、lurgyenterprises,whichrestrictthedevelopmentofChina'sgoldhydrometallurgyindustry.Thisthesisaimsattheoptimizationofthequalityofproductsincementationprocessofhydrometallurgy.Basedondeeplyanalyzingtheproductionprocessandcharacteristicsofcementationproductionprocess,itisresearche

5、dcomprehensivelyandsystematicallyonthemodelingandoptimizationofthecementationprocessofhydrometallurgy.Themainresearchesaresummarizedasfollows:1.Throughanalyzingthebasicprincipleofcementationprocess,themajorfactorsaffectingthecementationprocesswerebrieflyanalyzedfirstly.Basedo

6、ntheprincipleofreactionkineticsandrelationshipofmaterialbalance,thedynamicfirstprinciplemodelofcementationprocesswasestablished.Bymodelsimulation,thedynamicandsteadystatefeaturesofthecementationprocesswererevealed.Thesecondaryvariablesofthedatamodelingwereidentified.Andthefou

7、ndationofdatamodelingwasestablished.Toaimatthedifficultyofobtainingaccuratelytheparametersofthedynamicfirstprinciplemodelandtheinfluencesofsomeassumptionsontheaccuracyofthemodel,thedatamodelsofcementationprocesswereestablishedusingtheKernelPartialLeastSquarealgorithm.Bysimula
