3、matter,NA-WM),contralateralnormalappearinggraymatter(normal-appearinggraymatter,NAGM)inthalamus,contralateralPosteriorlimboftheinternalcapsuleismeasuredtoexploretheDKIparameterssuchasMK、AK、RK、MD、FAandADCvalueintheapplicationvalueofthegradingofcerebralgliomas.Methods:20gliomapa

4、tientsaftersurgicalresectionwithpathologicallyconfirmedcasesinJanuary2014toDecember2014inShandongProvincialHospitalfortreatmentiscollectedinthisstudy(10casesofhigh-gradegliomas,10casesoflow-gradegliomas)。AllpatientsweretreatedwithconventionalbrainMRIsequences,enhancedT1WIanddi

5、ffusionkurtosisimaging(DKI)sequentialscan.TheDKIoriginalimagesispostprocessedbytheDKE(DiffusionKurtosisEstimator)softwaretogettheMKmap、AKmap、RKmap、MDmap、FAmap、ADCmap.MRIcronsoftwareisusedtomanuallyoutlineregionsofinterest，includingtumorparenchyma、peritumoraledemaregion,contral
