5、ticsandprinciple，thispaperadopts13evaluationtargetsin3aspectsasiiiEconomicbenefit，socialbenefitandenvironmentalbenefittoestablishtheevaluationtargetsystembymeansofsiteandexpertsquestionnaireinvestigation．ThenbycombiningANPandDelphiMethod，thispapercalculatetheweightingthethreeabovementionedbenefit

6、swithSuperDecisionSoftware，tofindouttheinter-connectionswithinthesetargetsandgettheirpartandoverallweighting．ThispaperhasanalyzedeighttypicalcomprehensivelandrenovmionprojectsinChangsha．Basedoncollectingandselectingfundamentaldataandmaterials，thispaperstandardtheoriginaldata，eliminatedimensionand
