2、lity,highlinelossesofpowersystemandseriousenvironmentpollution．Ithasbeenunabletomeetthequalityandsecurityrequirementsofelectricpowersupply．DGhasmanyadvantages，suchasitcouldreducethepollutiontoenvironment，improvethequalityandsecurityoftheelectricenergyandlOWtheterminalusercosts．Combinewithtraditi

3、onalelectricnetwork，distributedgenerationisthebestwaytosupplyreliableandhighqualityelectricpowertousersandcouldmakegooduseofexistedresourceandequipment．ThepaperpayattentiononthestudiesaboutnetworkexpansionplanningconsideredDG．Basedontheviewofpowersystemoperation，anewmathematicalmodelforsolvingth

4、edistributionsystemsplanning(DSP)byimplementingdistributedgenerationisproposedinthispaper．Theproposedmodelintegratescosts，lossesandvoltageindextoachieveoptimalsizeandsiteofdistributedgeneration．Themodelallowsminimizingtotalsystemcosts，systempowerlossesandmaximizationofvoltageimprovement．BasedonG

5、ametheoryandMulti-objectiveoptimization(MOP)，GameOptimizationTheory(GOT)isshowninthispaper．OptimizationStabilityAnalysis(OSA)，DistanceEntropyMulti—ObjectiveParticleSwarmOptimization(DEMPSO)andFuzzyMulti·-weightsDecision·-makingMethod(FMW)areproposedaswell．GameOptimizationTheory,whichisacomprehen
