2、lity,highlinelossesofpowersystemandseriousenvironmentpollution.Ithasbeenunabletomeetthequalityandsecurityrequirementsofelectricpowersupply.DGhasmanyadvantages,suchasitcouldreducethepollutiontoenvironment,improvethequalityandsecurityoftheelectricenergyandlOWtheterminalusercosts.Combinewithtraditi
3、onalelectricnetwork,distributedgenerationisthebestwaytosupplyreliableandhighqualityelectricpowertousersandcouldmakegooduseofexistedresourceandequipment.ThepaperpayattentiononthestudiesaboutnetworkexpansionplanningconsideredDG.Basedontheviewofpowersystemoperation,anewmathematicalmodelforsolvingth
4、edistributionsystemsplanning(DSP)byimplementingdistributedgenerationisproposedinthispaper.Theproposedmodelintegratescosts,lossesandvoltageindextoachieveoptimalsizeandsiteofdistributedgeneration.Themodelallowsminimizingtotalsystemcosts,systempowerlossesandmaximizationofvoltageimprovement.BasedonG
5、ametheoryandMulti-objectiveoptimization(MOP),GameOptimizationTheory(GOT)isshowninthispaper.OptimizationStabilityAnalysis(OSA),DistanceEntropyMulti—ObjectiveParticleSwarmOptimization(DEMPSO)andFuzzyMulti·-weightsDecision·-makingMethod(FMW)areproposedaswell.GameOptimizationTheory,whichisacomprehen
6、sivesystem,couldnotonlyhandlemulti-objectiveoptimizationproblemseffectivelybutalsocouldoffsetthedisadvantagesoftraditionaloptimizationtheories,suchaslackofframeworkandthattheinsuf!ficientconsiderationofrelevantelements.InthispaperGOTisusedforthefirsttimeinsolvingthedistributionsystemsplanning(DS
