1、财政性教育支出对中国经济增长贡献分析统的分析，尤其是在产业上还没有人做过这方面的研究，这也是本文试图有所创新的第一个方面。通过以上几个方面的分析，针对我国财政性教育支出的缺陷和不足，通过与世界平均水平相比较，文章得出完善我国财政性教育的启示，重点提出了完善财政性教育支出的基本思路。并结合我国教育发展现状，重点就不同地区、不同教育阶段和不同行业提出了具体的政策建议，这是本文试图有所创新的第二个方面。同时，本文也存在一定的不足。由于苦于数据难以取得，以及统计口径的不一致性，使得文章不能更为深入的分析；在国际比较时，侧重
