2、izingandanti-interferenceproblems，thefollowingtwoaspectsarediscussedinthisthesis：First，aneighborcelllistoptimizingmethodinfemtocellscenariosisproposedtomakeupforadeficiencyofexistingalgorithms．Thismethodtakespecialconsiderationsaboutregisteredusersinclosedaccessmodefemtocelltoguaranteetheir

3、dataservices．Thismethodcanincreasethesystemcapacityandatthesametimedecreasetheoutagerateofwholesystem．Second，acoverageoptimizationalgorithmbasedontheMultipleAttributeDecisionMaking(MADM)isproposedtooptimizetheradiocoverageareaofLTEfemtocelltwo-layernetworkinenterprisedeployment．Considerings

4、omebasicrequirementsofcoverage，includingcoverageholes，coverageoverlaps，areaspectralefficiency(ASE)andloadbalancing，thecoverageoptimizationproblemismodeledasaMADMproblem．ThentheMADM．basedcoverageoptimizationproblemissolvedbytheGrayrelationanalysis(GRA)method．Simulationresultsshowthatthepropo
