1、AbstractWiththedevelopmentofmobilecommunicationtechnology,LTEhasbeenconsideredasthefourth-generationmobilecommunication(4G)technologyafter3Gtechnologyby3GPP.DuetothehighfrequencyofthewirelesssignaloftheLTEsystem,thepenetrationcapabilityofthewirelesssignalispoorandformingthesignalcoverageholeseasily
2、inthebuildings.Thestudyshowsthatthemajorityofcommunicationservicerequestsareinitiatedbytheuserintheinterior.Therefore,basedonthepurposetoimproveindoorsignalcoverageandimprovetheuserexperience,theindustryproposedFemtocell.IntheLTEsystem,FemtocellisformedthroughthedeploymentoftheHeNB(HomeeNodeB).HeNB
3、withplug-and-playfeaturesispurchasedbytheuser,andformedLTE-FemtocellheterogeneoussystemswithLTEMacrocellafterbooting.BeforedeploymentHeNB,lackingofnetworkplanninganddesignwillleadtointer-cellinterferencebetweenLTEMacrocellandFemtocellintricately.Therefore,thestudyofinter-cellinterferencecoordinatio
4、nscheme(ICIC),especiallytheHeNBpowercontrolalgorithmisofgreatsignificance.ThisthesisisbasedontheLTEFemtocellrelatedstandardizationagreementwiththeliterature,adetailedanalysisofthekeytechnologiesofLTEandFemtocell,LTE-Femtocelldeploymentscenarios,interferencescenes,uplinkanddownlinkpowercontrolmechan
5、ism,thenmakingdownlinkinterferenceasthestartingpoint,andfocusingonresearchingtheinterferenceofHeNB’sontheMacrocelldownlink(DL),whenFemtocellandLTEMacrocellco-channeldeployment,andsummarizingaboutfiveHeNBdownlinkpowercontrolalgorithmstoreducetheinterference.Finally,basedontheresearchofLTEopensources
6、ystemlevelsimulationplatformandtheinternalsystem-levelsimulationplatformofInstituteofComputingTechnology(ICT),ChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS),buildtheLTE-Femtocellsystem-levelsimulationplatformforthisarticle,andpriortotheproposedpowercontrolalgorithmsforsystem-levelsimulationonebyone.Accordingtothesi
7、mulationresults,althoughtheperformancesoftheproposedpowercontrolalgorithmsmaybedifferent,butthereisacleartrade-offbetweentheMUEoutageandHUEperformance(outageandaveragethroughput)forallthepowersettingschemes
