1、山东中医药大学硕士学位论文贝尔面瘫优化治疗方案的临床研究姓名：白田雨申请学位级别：硕士专业：针灸推拿学指导教师：单秋华20090420提要目的：本研究采用Sunnybrook(多伦多)面神经功能评分及患者显效时间作为客观指标，对激素、维生素、中药、艾灸四个处理因素进行正交设计，通过方差分析，得出贝尔面瘫的中西医最佳治疗方案，以期指导临床医生对贝尔面瘫进行诊治，并为以后进行更为严格的多中心随机对照试验提供依据。方法：本研究观察48例贝尔面瘫患者，随机分入16组正交方案中进行治疗，分别记录二月末Sunnybrook(多伦多)面神经功能评分

2、及患者显效时间。结果：1、基于Sunnybrook面神经评分的方差分析，得出维生素、中药与误差项比较有显著的差异(P<0．01)，维生素与中药、中药与艾灸、激素与灸法的交互作用也有显著的差异(P<0．01，P
