1、南京中医药大学硕士学位论文摘要目的：本研究对痛风的中医研究概况，现代医学研究及进展进行了系统的文献复习，归纳总结了痛风的中医辨证分型、中医药治疗及现代医学治疗的最新进展。同时，通过收集临床病例，探讨老年痛风患者中医证型与临床表现的特点，进一步指导诊断思路及辨证治疗原则。方法：通过临床调查，共收集病例135例，观察老年痛风患者中医证型与年龄、尿酸值及急性痛风性关节炎的相关性。结果：通过本调查发现，老年痛风的发病主要以男性为主，且随着年龄的增长，肝肾阴虚型所占比例越来越高。该型60一69岁组有31例，70-79岁组有60例，80-89岁组有44例，80-89岁组较70-

2、79岁组人数略有下降，可能与其年龄较大，饮食减少有关，但总体上仍符合上升趋势。其次，湿热蕴结型组的尿酸值及急性痛风性关节炎的发病率较其他三组高。结论：随着年龄的增长，老年痛风患者发病以男性为主，且以肝肾阴虚型居多，故治疗上要以滋补肝肾为主，兼顾祛邪。其次，湿热蕴结型组的尿酸值及急性痛风性关节炎的发病率较其他三组高，故在高尿酸血症期及急性痛风性关节炎期当治以清热利湿健脾。关键词：老年；痛风；中医证型；临床表现ABSllRACTAbstractObject：Inthisstudy，analysisofthegoutTCMtreatment，progressofmodem
