1、摘要在天然气发动褪驱动豹复合空调系统中(以下简称复合空谲系统),天然气赢矮龌动制冷税缱铡冷,同时回收发动机余热进行除温设备爵生、承担空调系统湿负荷。将常瓶空调系统冷冻减湿的冷量需求转化为对热的需求,可以有效地缓解所导致的电力不足问题,并提高室内空气的品质。复合空调系统结合了发动机驱动制冷技术和除湿设备的再生过程,关键技术是余热的有效回收和系统冷、热量的合理匹配。在前期实验台架的基础上,本文根据可回收的热量、赝霈再生空气的溢疫以及毅风量设计了水系统与空气系统。同时确立了系统中冷冻求池、冷却水池与热水艇的能量平衡机剁。在究成实验台粲的拐步设计盾,为了提高系统的智能程度,设计了基于
2、Labview的空气系统温,湿度的数据采集程序和基于VB的水系统温度数据采榘程序,对实验过程的数据进行实时显示与采集。为了提高送风的舒适度,必须对送风湿度进行控制。本文针对复合空调系统的特点,确定了控制机理,并提出运用模糊控制与PID控制棚结合的方法来准确控制房间内的湿度。最后,对于某髫标建筑、分析了常规电驱动空谣系统与天然气发动机躯韵的复合空调系统敷缝耗,毖较两种系统黪经济槛,鼓剩于复合系统的掖广疵用。关键词:天然气发动梳骚动的复合空调系统,除湿,转轮,湿度,LabVlEW,模糊控制,经济性AbstractInnaturalgasEngine—DrivenHybridAir
