1、硕士论文南通烟草物流中心规划研究摘要中国是世界上的烟草生产和消费大国，烟草行业作为一个计划经济特征明显的行业，在面对市场经济的冲击和国外烟草寡头的竞争中，原有的运行体制和管理水平已经无法适应形势发展的要求，进行体制改革和管理革新已经迫在眉睫。本文是在我国加入WTO后，烟草行业工商分离，商业系统实行取消县级公司法人资格，确立市公司营销市场主体地位，地市级公司实施“一库制”大配送的背景下撰写的，对照“一库制"配送的要求，目前的烟草商业企业急需提高物流配送能力和管理技术水平，必须在短时期内探索出一条从传统配送向现代物流转变的发展道路。本文通过回顾南通烟草公

2、司发展过程，分析新形势下南通烟草物流配送中心当前运行模式与“一库制"配送要求不相适应的环节，在现有的物流配送体系、物流管理模式基础上，引入现代物流管理理念和现代物流技术，探讨新形势下南通烟草物流发展的初步设想和规划，为南通烟草物流体系向现代物流转变提供一些参考。笔者希望通过本案的撰写，能够加深对现代物流这一新生行业的认识和思考，更好地领悟物流规划的方式方法，为南通烟草物流配送的发展作出一点贡献。关键词：烟草商业企业，。一库制”，物流配送，体系规划硕士论文AbstractChinaistheworld’Stobaccoproductionandcons
