2、modulus),surfacechemistry(highspecificsurfacearea,lubrication,friction)andgoodbiocompatibility.Grapheneisalsoapromisingmaterialinapplicationssuchasnano-composites,energy—storagematerials(hydrogenstoragematerials),relatedderivatives,liquidcrystaldevices(transistor),transducers,analyticals

3、ciencesandbiomedicalsciences.In2004,AndreGeimwhoobtainedsingle-·layergraphenehavebeenmadethetwo--dimensionalmaterialgraphenecometorealityandcaughtSOmuchattentioninscientificresearch.Therearemainlyfourtraditionalmethodstopreparegraphene:micromechanicalexfoliation,reductionofgraphiteoxide,

4、epitaxialgrowthandchemicalvapordeposition。However,thesefourtraditionalpreparationmethodsaredifficultinlargescaledgrapheneproduction.Inthispaper,wereportedanewwaytosynthesisgraphene-asubstrate—freestrategy.Graphenesheetswasproducedbyonlytwomainlyreactants(ferroceneandIII1,2,4一trichloroben

5、zene)withnitrogenprotectionandthechlorinationplaysanincreasingimportantroleinmakingthegraphenesheetsself-assembleonthefewlayersgraphenesheets.Andbychangingtheprocessparameters,suchasreactiontemperature,reactantsratio,reactantsamount,etc),weexplorethemorphologychangerules,growthmechanism,

6、optimumreactconditionsalsobestudied.Oursynthesishashighproduction,highcontrollabilityandlowcosttopreparegraphene,layingagoodfoundationforresearchanddevelopmentTheresultsshowthatinferrocene/1,2,4一trichlorobenzenesystem,graphenesheetscanbemadebetween400-700℃.Theoptimalproportionofferrocene

7、and1,2,4-trichlorobenzeneratiois1:1and450℃istheperfecttemperature.Underthiscondition,lamelladimensioncanbe2-15pm,singleorseverallayer(1essthan5layers)and40%uptoaproductivityWiththeincreasingoftemperatures,theareaofcarbonsheetsincreasesandself-crimpingdecreasesforthethicke
