2、Thus,thestudyonmufflerdesignandoptimizationhasimportantpracticalsignificance.Thispaperembarksfromthemuffleroptimization,using1-Dtransfermatrixmethod,completedasystemformufflersizeoptimization,andappliedtooptimizeamuffler.Specificworkincludesthefollowingaspects:Thisthesissummarizes18kindsofbas
3、icmufflerunitsandthetransfermatrixisdeduced,includingaperforationresistanceunit.Attenuationcharacteristicsaboutthebasicmufflerunitsarestudiedbyfiniteelementmethod,obtainedtheperformanceofdifferentstructuresizemuffler.BasedonMATLABoptimizationtoolboxfunctionsandtransfermatrixmethod,byusingGUI,
4、amufflersizeoptimizationsystemiscompleted.Thesystemcanbeinthesamestructure,toachievetheoptimaldesignofthemuffler;itisalsoconvenienttosetvariables,constraintsandmodifytheparametersoftheoptimizationfunction.Optimizationforamuffleriscompletedbyusingtheoptimizationsystem,theTLcurvesbeforeandafter
