5、he“PurchaseAgreement”)pertainingtothepurchasebyGGXVineyardHoldingCompanyof100%ofthesharesoftheCompanywhichrunsanactivityofwine-making(the“Property”)DM公司和老庄主，与GGGGX酒庄控股公司，于20GG年6月GG日完成GGGGX酒庄公司100%股份的收购事宜。TheConsultant,whoistheformermanageroftheCompany,isexperiencedi
6、nthecommercialandthewinesectorandhasaperfectknowledgeofthePropertyandofallthemainoperatorsoftheWineindustryinBordeaux.顾问方，作为GGGGX酒庄的前任经理，拥有丰富的葡萄酒商业经验，同时对就GGGGX酒庄乃至波尔多地区葡萄酒行业的庄主们有着全面的了解Inthisrespect,theBeneficiaryhasconsidereditwouldbeprofitabletobenefitfromatransiti
