1、摘要全球定位系统(GlobalPositioningSystem，简称GPS)，因其定位精度高、定位响应快以及资源的开放性等特点而倍受世人关注。近几年来，GPS发展迅猛，世界各大公司相继推出体积小、价格便宜的民用GPS接收机，使基于GPS的应用由军用迅速扩展到民用，被广泛应用于大地测量、精确授时以及车辆跟踪上。车载GPS导航系统主要由GPS、电子地图和多媒体计算机三种技术组成，安放在车辆上可以实现目的地自动引导、沿途地理信息查询、车辆防盗、监控和播放VCD等功能。由于车载GPS导航系统可以实现车辆的管理与监控、避免交通阻塞、减少空气污染、节约能源、节约时间，提供信息服务和娱乐，是一种环保节能、

2、信息化的高科技产品，其在国内的应用方兴未艾，有着巨大的市场潜力。本论文通过对GPS工作原理和地理信息系统的研究，提出了一套基于GPS的车辆导航系统的总体技术方案，包括系统总体结构、软件架构以及各功能模块的定义设计。本论文采用基于代价函数的地图匹配算法实现GPS的精确定位，采用限制搜索区域的距离最短路径算法实现目的地的自动引导。最后基于eSupermap嵌入式地理信息系统开发平台实现了车载GPS导航系统。关键词全球定位系统；地理信息系统；嵌入式系统；车辆导航AbstractBecauseofhighprecision，fastresponseandopenresource，GlobalPosit
