3、husiasmofhuman.resources.Thispapertriedtosolvetheproblemofdifficult-to-operateandthestrongsubjectivitywhenme鹤urehumancapital.Firstly,thispaperreviewsthetheoryofentrepreneurandthetheoryofHumanCapitalofEntrep坞neurs,andmakesadefinitionofHumanCapitalofEntrepreneurs.Thenthepaperanalys
4、estheintensionandfeatureofHumanCapitalofEntrepreneurs,whichisassetspecificity,hardtomonitor,riskundertakenandthecomplexityofpricing.Thisanalysismakesasolidfoundationforthefollowingpart.InordertomeasuretheinternalvalueofHumanCapitalofEntrepreneurs,thispapercombinetwomethodstogethe
5、r,thatisrealoptionandfuzzysyntheticevaluation.WeuserealoptiontoevaluatetheoutervalueofHumanCapitalofEntrepreneursandUsefuzzysyntheticevaluationmethodtoevaluatethedevelopingefficiency.Underthisthought,thepaperbuiltamodeltomeasuretheinternvalueofHumanCapitalofEntrepreneurs,usingmon
