3、ocomesacrossalotofopportunitiesfordevelopmentaswell.Thispaper,takingTianjinMingHanIndustrialCo.,Ltd.asthesample,makesSWOTanalysisfromthestatesanddevelopmentprospectsofthedevelopmentofChina’ssteeltradeindustry,andthroughtheSWOTtoanalyzethedevelopmentstrate
4、gyofthecompany.Firstofall，itmakesfieldresearchonthiscompanyandinterviewwiththemanagers,togetdeepunderstandingofitscorporateculture,organizationalstructure,employeesaswellascompanyperformance.Andthen,makestheSWOTanalysistofigureoutthecompany’sexternalenvir
5、onmentandinternalresourcecapacitybyusingthePESTanalysismethodforthisenterprisetoanalyzethegeneralenvironmentofthecompanyincludingthepolicyenvironment,legalenvironment,andindustryenvironment,usingthenationalyearbooksandsteeltradeindustryreportdataquery,in-
