2、ntime,dutyratioandfrequencyofpulsepowersupplyonPECOoxidationfilms,andfinallythebestcombinationforeachfactorsweregot:thestartingvoltagewas210V,oxidationtimewas15min,dutyratiowas15%,frequencywas1500Hz.Carriedoutintheabove-mentionedconditions,thecoloringef

3、fectwillbethebest.ThenegativepulsewasincreasedinordertooptimizePECOtechnology.theparametersofnegativedelaytime,voltageamplitudeandpulsewidthwaschangedtoanalyzetheeffectsofnegativeonPECOtechnology.Studyshowedthatincreasingnegativepulsecanstoplongandlarge

4、micro-discharge,makingthecontroloftechnologyandthesmoothnessofthecoloredoxidationfilmsbetter;Itisdiscoveredthatthedelay-timeofnegativepulseinfluencedthecolormostgreatlyaftertheanalysisoftheeffectsofnegativeparametersonthefilmcolors;whenthedelaytimeincre

5、asedgradually,especiallywhenthetimewasabove13µs,thecolorofoxidationfilmsincreasedcorrespondingly.AccordingtoPEOequivalentcircuitmodel,Thesystemequationwerechangebyanalyzingtheeffectsofconstantpressurecontrolandnegativepulse.Itprovidedgoodreferencesforth

6、ePECO’spowerfurtherimprovementanditspracticaluse.Afterthefunctionaltestoftheappearance,wearresistance,bingforce,corrosionresistance,resistancetolightforcoloredlayers,itdiscussedthecoloringmechanismofPECOtechnology,TheformofPECOoxidationfilmwasduetotheun
